A
system based on Computer Telephony using Modem/Dialogic
PCI Card. Simply put, whenever a caller dial a specific
telephone number, the system responds to the caller.
It accepts the caller's inquiry/input and responds
to the callers input by reading out the requested
information-from the existing database. In the event,
the system is unable to provide the exact information;
it will automatically transfer the line for manual
assistance.
